MEL you looked great from the pics you sent me.. SOO Much leaner.. and you looked HAPPY to be there..which is MOST important in my book!

OK, I got home about 1 hour ago. I'm so tired. Slept on both flights lol and I'm sure I will be in bed by 8pm.

Thanks mamas!! I was just happy to be there and accomplish what I set out to do. Mike came over at one point and gave me a big hug and told me how proud he was of me. I carry a part of him up there with me when I hit that stage and just want to represent as well as I can. Now, if I can just get these darn legs down more

Thanks SuperGal!! After 8 years now competing, you keep things in perspective and I remind myself that this is something I want for myself and I can only do my best with what I have.

Thanks Teri. Girl, i hit that hotel gym at 5:45am this morning. Back to it all now for the next 4 days! Can't wait...next one in 6 day

I didn't know you were the shy type. I would have gone over then. I was all over the place. Even the guy who drove the shuttle bus to and from the airport showed up and I got to bump into some other folks I haven't seen in a while. Aw, well next time

Hey you! Thanks. I tried to take more, but it was a little hard and I really wish I knew someone who could have held onto my camera to take the comparison shots. Amir Mirandi was there and i may buy the CD with my comparison & regular line-up shots. I need to email him, but that would have to wait, too many other things I need to do now.

Heather and I had fun and we went to Outback. It was great to eat something other than chicken or roughy lol. It wasn't huge, but still good and I was happy to eat something different. Back to the diet/dry out today.
