Three time Figure Olympia winner Jenny Lynn joins IFBB profession Trish Warren to share some of the details of these two ladies busy schedule together from Jenny’s new home in Texas. Right out of the shoot Trish asks Jenny about her ACL injury and Jenny gave the complete low down from how the injury occurred to her current a-okay condition as she preps for this season.

Jenny’s show schedule this year includes; First up the Jacksonville Pro, followed by the Dallas Europa and then the Olympia.

After Jenny’s move from Kentucky to Texas she quickly hooked up with Trish Warren where at Metroflex gym these two ladies train together.
This is an industrious pair with a lot on each of their plates. Jenny has a twice annual 12-week Challenge that will be coming up soon that she has being doing for three years and considers one of the most rewarding programs she has been involved with as she enjoys helping average people transform their bodies. The winners of the 12-week Challenge earn the opportunity to workout with JennyLynnFitness.com for an entire week.

Trish and Jenny have a June 20th Fitness, Figure & Bikini Seminar scheduled that will cover all aspects of the sport. You need apparel? The ladies are putting out there own Active ware!
We can catch more than a glimpse of Jenny and Trish on dvd later this year after they complete shooting their workout video that will begin about 6 weeks out from the Olympia.

In May 2010 Jenny Lynn & Trish Warren will host their own NPC Fitness, Figure & Bikini Show. Meanwhile, the ladies invite folks out to the July 11, 2009 Branch Warren NPC Competition where Trish will be guest posing.
