Sheila is in prep for the NPC National Championships. Sheila emailed me these pics today.

Sheila IMO is one of the best amateur bodybuilders in the World. Will the heavyweight class be hers?

Hey there,

Wow, i sat here already for 20mins thinking on what to say.
It sux, cuz i am even leaner then those pics now, so my brain lol,
i dont think i need to explain, but i have about ten different things
zooming thru my head so i afraid i am rambling.

Simple , awe keep it simple.
i say, thank you, your all kind. I wanted to reply, i didn't want you to think
i didnt care, or was ignoring it.
I nervous! its my best so far, and it makes one nervous. I am nervous
every year.
Anyways, Isabelle glad you dig the boots, and i plan on getting more
slingshot outfits!! i love them they so fun and risky!!

AND ,when i reach 70 yrs old i have all my pics so i can say
he he he, wasn't i just a peach???
