I find it absolutely hysterical that there is a war going on with regards to the Kashi label - apparently, there is genetically modified soy in the ingredients and fans of Kashi are pissed about it. Kashi's defense is that the label does NOT say USDA organic. The best part about this whole feud --- I've read the label and put Kashi back on the shelf because one of the first few ingredients is evaporated cane juice *sugar* .....but I don't see anyone yelling about THAT. Funny.

Jessica Simpson gave birth this morning to a baby girl. Wonder if we will see her on the cover of People magazine for an "amazing" weight loss after baby (probably in those daisy dukes) like all the other celebrities.

so excited to get my proofs back from Jason Halbert Visual Arts, LLC.... I'm so glad that I was able to find a bunch that I liked that I can add to my portfolio!! Of course I prefer the "shredded look" much more but softer is marketable so I had to get over that REAL quick. Yay for Jason Halbert

So my husband calls me yesterday from the grocery store to ask if I needed anything because he had to make a quick stop (he doesn't do the grocery shopping so this was a very thoughtful gesture). I said "YES! I need grapefruit and that would be awesome if you grabbed a few so I don't have to stop after I come home from the gym." So this morning I go to check out those "grapefruit" he got me and.................noticed they are ORANGES. LMAO. *sigh* oh well, he tried!

The funniest thing just happened to me on Facebook. So I get this private message from some guy telling me that he wasn't able to send me a friend request and asks me to send him one, and signs his name "Dev" instead of his full name "Devon" --- like you would do to a real friend. So I don't feel comfortable friending him so I reply and say "Hi Devon, I invite you to join me on my public page, www.Facebook.com/FigureProMicheleWelcome." He is so insulted that I didn't send him a friend request that he messages me back and says, "Do I look like the kind of guy that joins women's fan pages? Is this some sort of comical joke? I'll just block you right now." Remember, this is someone I don't know, LMAO!

Facebook sure brings out all the crazies!

Seriously. I have the coolest Facebook "fans" ever. I love when they get fired up and post a pic of them training in "Beast Mode" on my wall to go along with whatever I've got going on. They motivate me as much as I motivate them. So cool.
