Hey Guys,

I just returned back from living in the Uk and am back in sunny Florida. I have been in retirement since 2007 and am about to make a come back to training, if you would like to see whats new with me a blog should be up on my site by tomorrow www.JoannaThomas.com.

Welcome Joanna! I've already told this to Debbie, your Supersize She documentary inspired me so much when I watched it years ago! It was one of the reasons I finally started to work towards competing! We're so glad to have you here at Siouxcountry!
