Yeah, I don't think it's due to the expo hall thing either. Otherwise Arnold pre-j would have crappy lighting.

This was such a well organized show and Betty and Ed made you feel like family! I was honored to be part of such a respectable event. Thank you Tammy for aiding in bringing out my best so far!! My physique was a personal best for me but I still have a lot of work to do...my stomach needs to tighten up and abs pop as well as my back dry out more or/and pose better

. My shoulders and legs were at their best so far and I'm excited to continue to improve. I'm hoping with muscle maturity and my body etching as I age, my tummy will cooperate with me

Good morning all! Congrats to all the winners. I'm sure most of you feel like I do, like a truck ran over you lol (and I was not competing)!

It was a long day for sure, but exciting. Glad you guys at home enjoyed the coverage.

It was great meeting so many of you at this show.

Betty Pariso - thank you for everything and for taking a moment from your busy day to take a pic with me to share with all here. Betty and Ed had a great set-up and really showed how much they cared for the athletes and the audience. They had set up a dessert buffet for the competitors that was great. Loved the blondies

I had to have one. Greatly run show, great venue and I wish you both success with all your shows and look forward to next year's Europa in Ct again! Definitely a must for competitors in the tri-state region and those out in Boston, RH, NH, VA, PA.

Jelena, you're 1st in my book. No worries girl, bring it again at your next show. You have what it takes.

It was a pleasure to meet Mia Finnegan and Helen Bouchard. LOL, I bumped into both of these women in the ladies room. Mia was a sweetheart and she introduced me to her husband too. What a nice couple. Looking forward to Mia coming on here soon.

Kristin Nunn, always a pleasure seeing you and chatting with you. Another sweet person with a good head on her shoulders and a positive attitude. Wishing you luck in your future shows!

Debbie Bramwell, with the permanent smile, is just full of positive energy. It's always nice to see you and chat some with you. Good luck on your future shows too. I enjoyed your routine!

Got to see and say hello to Iris Kyle, who remembered me from the Arnold (that was really nice). Met so many people.

Sat next to/close to Jeff Binns, Chris Zimmerman and Aaron Singerman. Great guys in my book. They were really friendly, super nice and funny guys. It was a pleasure meeting them all and chatting up with them. Chris is a funny guy. Looking forward to seeing more pics Chris. Jeff, at RX, good seeing him too. It was a good crowd and we all sat around each other (MD, RX) and did our thing. Everyone was really cool.

There are more I'd like to give a shout out too, but since I got up late, I need to run out and get some things done. I'll be back later.
