This is my FAVORITE shake recipe!!! It's from "Gourmet Nutrition", a cookbook by Dr. John M. Berardi. I highly recommend it- tons of yummy recipes, with all the nutritional breakdowns. :D
3.5 TBSP rolled oats
1C lowfat milk
1C lowfat cottage cheese
1 scoop chocolate whey protein (25g)
2 TBSP peanut butter
1C ice
Toss it in the blender- makes 2 servings
Per serving:
calories- 317.2
fat- 10.8
carbs- 20.8
protein- 34.3
