I really love how the curry flavor adds some pizazz to the tuna!
Curry Tuna Patties
1 can water-packed tuna
1 egg white
onions (to your liking)
salt and pepper
curry powder
Mix tuna, egg whites, onions, salt & pepper together in a bowl. Shape into 2 patties. Top with curry powder. Put patties in freezer on a flat plate for about 15-20 minutes so patties hold together better. Brown in pan with pam.

I've actually made these with a little bit of oats mixed in to hold the mixture together. In the "off-season" try bread-crumbs and don't forget to use sugar-free maple syrup - yumm

Its so simple even a man could do it...maybe
I got to try this one. Tuna out the can, can be a little boring by the second day.

This is how I eat mine also.. minus onions and i use the Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning... NOT BAD AT ALL.. for someone who despises tuna! ;)

Growing up in a Jamaican household, I have had the opportunity to have lots of variations of curry.
I also curry my baked talapia and chicken, yum! For those of you who like spicy food, try Grace Brand Jerk Sauce. This has a blend of spices and peppers (mainly scotch bonnet) with no fat, that can easily be added to create the following tasty dishes:
-jerk flank steak
-jerk chicken
-jerk fish
When off-season, jerk sauce mixed with barbecue sauce is amazing.
