This is a sneak peak - A Halibut Dinner (no carbs) ... and Favorite Meal #3.

Something so easy to make.
low carb meal around 330 cal w chicken 380 w lean meat
go to the ssald section of your grocers and get wahts call broccoli salw in pre mixed bags.(great stuff) take 2 cups or half the bag and steam it in your microwave for 3 min
cook up 6 oz of chicken or lean meat
simply add it to the steamed broccoli slaw
I add a couple tble of brown mustard and add a couple packs of equal to make it taste like honey mustard
I do this meal at least once if not twice a day. Even in the off season!!!
