Bree Marsh 4 weeks out! ---> NOW! 4th Place in Class D!

had a great weekend, my last cheat was pretty good! didn't get sick! it was a relaxing yet exhausting weekend! weird, i know! no workouts, but tanned myself up yesterday, which is always pretty stressful, then today got a ton of great photos! hopefully some will be ready by the end of the week. did progress pics after and was wiped! you can tell in the pics below, i look soooo tired. think i tightened up a bit, it is so hard to tell, especially since i am wearing a different suit. feeling pretty small now, but think i need to be a little more conditioned, so will probably try to lose about 3-4 more pounds. so glad my trainer is back, ready to get back in the gym and push it hard for 4 more weeks! hope everyone else is moving along and having fun!

nope, not in my home! but right around the corner! it's my husband's gym, he walks to work! smaller than most, we specialize in personal training...i'd say about 80% of the members work with a trainer!

my weekend was sooooo exhausting! fun though! got a little sick yesterday after my workout, my cals are really low now (for me) and it is really starting to get to me! i am at the edge, and don't wanna go beyond it, cause that is just bad for your body, u know? anyhoo, almost there! i can stick with it!
