well ladies... i bought myself a Inzer lifting belt last year and not sure how it happened but they mailed me TWO... so I have an extra one that they didnt charge me for and its been sitting in a box. I don't know anyone else around here that would use it. So I would be willing to give it to any of you lovely ladies free of charge. Its a size x-small which according to their website is 25-27 inch waist

ok in all of my packing and cleaning.. i have also come across an extra heart rate monitor.. its got the strap you wear and the wrist watch thing that reads it... would love to pass it on to another chickie..... free of charge...normally costs about $95

any takers???? i have only used a few times and a friend bought me a brand new one. I dont have the booklet for the one i opened but i am sure u can find the instructions online.. heres a pic

looks like the f4...thats a good watch....

great for spinning classes...if im not mistaken that one has the own code feature.......

yup its the f4..... bought it awhile ago and only used it like 2x and a friend bought me another one..... so im passing it along.... awesome , im soooo happy i could pass these things along to someone to who will use them

the f4 is a great watch.

well i like the whole Polar line. at work we carry Sportsline, Nike, Polar, and the occasonaly Reebok. the Polar's are really the only ones worth buying.

F4 has full watch functions, owncal, ownzone and a few other things. the owncal is pretty badass if you are worried about tracking calories burned. its fairly accurate
