hey thanks sioux, and ladies..

I want to really thank jillian and kat, for confiding in me, and trusting me thoughout the prep. Without this, we could not have created such an amazing synergy and team effort. these girls really put a tremendous effort both inside and outside the gym. I admire them both, and i must say it was one of the proudest moments of my life to see them shine so bright on stage in their day of glory.
great job girls!!

p.s jillian and i have already started getting ready for the bev..stay tuned if you thought that was something.....lol

You guys are a great team and it showed as I watched you help these two ladies get ready. What was great too was the they offered and helped me get stage ready too. Chris looked out for his girls, but he was also willing to lend a hand to anyone without anyone having to ask. That makes suck a difference in this sport. They're all genuine and I'm glad I got to share their victories.

I will not be doing the Bev in June. I will be going to Washington DC instead for a show on June 14th. I will be there to cheer you on!! :awesome:

WOW!!! It must feel exhilarating as a trainer to see your clients succeed like THAT!!! Congrats to you all! I truly believe its so much more than knowledge to be a good trainer it takes a special bond to be able to get someone to trust you confide in you and to be able to motivate them and make them TICK! And dat's why I chose you...
there were so many trainers at the gym that want to "train me", but I never felt for it.... When I met chris I knew we would be a great team... We connected very quickly. I'm very furtante to be able to sence when things are going to work or if i will get along with someone or not... I get the vibe... and that's the vibe I got from Chris. I'm glad my intuition was correct... I wouldn't change anything if I had the chanace to go back in time.
