Good morning! Nicole is one of the nicest, funniest gals you'll ever meet. She is so down to earth and just a great, happy person. With all of the experience she has as a Falcon's cheerleader and fitness competitor, she's totally humble, passionate about what she does, driven and just a pleasure to be around. We ended up at Mike's camp twice in a year and it's always been a lot of fun. Congrats to her for her placing. Can't wait to see what's to come. :awesome:

You are such a sweetheart! Thanks for being so cool and helpful and for being the dean mother at camp. LOL! Did I tell you how amazing you looked at the show?!!! Can't wait to do it again!

The show was a lot of fun. I always enjoy being in New York to compete. I was hoping for 5 or 6 less points (LOL) but that's how it goes right. I'll be heading to Houston to try for that Olympia qualification again. I was especially happy to see my girls from the Europa show there (Lisa, Tammy & Michelle). And Maggie was my backstage prep buddy! Can't wait to see ya in ATL girl. BTW, if any of you are ever in the ATL, please hit me up. I'm always up for a routine or posing practice.

This sport is really great! I'm so fortunate to get to enjoy it with a group of phenominal women that I admire and respect. At 29, it's funny that both Lisa McCormick and Natalie Benson have taken me under their wing as the baby prodigy of the sport. They are my new fitness mamas encouraging me and keeping me on my game. Both don't realize how much of an inspiration they are to me.

Thanks Siouxcountry for putting together such a great site. I'll try to start visiting more often.

Duncan along with Fletcher easily had the best 2 minute fitness routines hands down. Having seen Nicole D. compete last year, the knock against her was her physique. Well, she made some drastic changes to warrant first call-out in both physique rounds! If she continues refining her physique & with the mad routine skills she has, look out because she’s going to be a threat.
