Thanks Tracy...I have been getting quite the reputation as the Glute/Hamstring tie-in guy! Michelle Mayberry, Darlina Brown, Ginny Gardea...all of them have brought that area in without sacrificing the upper body after they worked with me...not always with compliments words along the way though! I kid, I kid. I often wonder why promoters don't change the height class to even out problems like this. I see it time and again at the local level and it just seems like such a waste to have one class with less than 5 girls in it when the other classes have 15+.

I don't think promoters have a choice. This rule is set by the NPC.

Next year watch we'll see over a dozen in this class.

He looks like a muscular Eddie Murphy and has been his stunt double.
