Thing is also I will be very busy the next weeks to come. I am just about to move to another city. Not far though.. It´s just the "neighbour city" to where I live now. But still.. big change for me, since I lived in this town for almost all my life, and I have had this very appartment for the past 9 years!
On top of this I will start my diet at the very same time! PLUS I am about to start a new job this summer!! (receptionist and trainer at a local gym. www.atlantum.se )
So, it looks like I will be pretty swamped this summer/autumn.
No lazy days for me.

As Hakan said, I am aiming for the Tampa Bay show, Aug 9 and the Europa Supershow, Dallas, Aug 15.
I just hope I can get everything together! With my "new life", new city, new appartment, new job, new gym..

I just came home from a visit to the chiropractor today. I have lots of aches and pain and things to struggle with allover my body. But I got some great help! At least I know better now what might be causing my chronic pains. He gave me some tips and tricks and a few rehabilitation exercises to do. So I guess, if only I can find time to do these exercises, I do have a chance to get better eventually.

Yes!! That pic is from last year. 2 days out from the Atlantic City show 2007.
At that time I didnt realize I really WAS THAT RIPPED!! Seriously! I had become kind of blind... But know,when looking back at the photos... I have to say, I totally aggree... My shape really WAS AMAZING!!! :awesome:

Hello everyone!!
I am sorry for not posing sooner!!
But.. been crazy hectic and I just came back home to Sweden a couple of days ago..
Sleep deprived, a bad cold (got it after the show in Tampa..), completely exhausted but yet EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to daily routines.. working daytime at the gym (www.atlantum.se)..
training after work.. eating clean.. taking it a bit easy on cardio since Im still trying to fight that last bit of the cold... and STILL need to catch up on SLEEP!!! Having severe trouble seeping at nights now for some reason...

FINALLY I had a chance to sit down for a while to see it... Ive been dying to see it since I got back home..but had no time until now.

WOW!!!!!

I LOVED IT VICKI!!!
I can truly recommend EVERYONE to get a copy and see it!!
It was sooo PROFESSIONALLY made!! And very informative and personal and in depth!! Simply AWESOME!! Also made you start thinking of what is really important in life....! And it truly showed what its really like to live the life of a Pro BB! All the various struggles we face in everyday life.. Things that doesnt always show on the outside when we´re standing there onstage.....

Even my boyfriend LOVED it! I can reveal he wasnt all that interested at first.. when I said I was goin to watch it.. I guess he thought it would be "just another workout video"...but after a few minutes he was HOOKED!!
And he said to me afterwards he really, really enjoyed it! He LOVES the fact it was done as a documentary!

[ A ] Well, what can I say, other than it truly is amazing! Awesome! And somewhat surreal. To be honest, I don't think I have really realized yet that this is actually happening! In Tampa, right after the qualification to the Ms. 'O' was a fact, I was in a state of shock I guess. I was walking around in a cloud almost. I could not really feel any emotions at all first. But later on it came over me (and it still does every now and then) - Chills! Goosebumps! Tears in my eyes (tears of joy of course)!
I am sooo excited! And for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I am proud of myself
