Kim Chizevsky inducted into bodybuilding Hall of Fame

I haven't seen much discussion of this on the boards, but Kim Chizevsky was inducted into the bodybuilding Hall of Fame last month (http://www.ifbbpro.com/hall-of-fame-welcome-message/kim-chizevsky/). It’s not exactly a surprise - after all, Kim is a four-time Ms. Olympia and, according to Bill Dobbins, the greatest female bodybuilder of all time (http://www.billdobbins.com/PUBLIC/pages/coolfree/Kimbest.html) - and she totally deserves it. But I can’t help but wonder about what might have been if she had gone on competing as a bodybuilder a little longer instead of quitting after the 1999 Ms O. Amazingly, Kim only turns 40 this April. When you think of how top pros like Lisa Aukland keep getting better into their late forties - or someone like Lenda Murray, who made a comeback at the age of 40 - it makes you think about what Kim might have looked like onstage in 2000 - let alone in 2008...

Wow she is only turning 40, you are right Hans if she had continued that would have been interesting to see. So many pro females are in their late 40's to early 50's now.

Well thats awesome news.

I have so much respect for KIM. She has done a lot with female bodybuilding and took it to a whole new level. She had the complete package and beautiful presentation. Not to mention she carried a lot of muscle.:bowdown:

She is one of the reasons why I got into bodybuilding. It was a real treat and honor to work with her husband Chad Nicholls a few times as I got to work with her as well. She is such a super sweetheart and has such a big heart:respect:

Congrats to Kim!!! That is awesome. I think she deserves it.
I doubt this website is ever going to be completed. It's been around since a few years and never got beyond having this intro.
