MEETING AT 7:30pm IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA/RIGHT OUT SIDE OF ROOM 3. IF ANYONE HAS SCOUTED OUT THE HOTEL AND FINDS A NICE LOCATION, WE CAN ALL WALK OVER TO THAT LOCATION. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY WEIGHED IN EARLIER IN THE DAY, I'LL SEND OUT A GENERAL TXT IF WE DECIDE TO TAKE THE PIC SOMEWHERE ELSE BESIDES THE MEETING AREA SO YOU CAN JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THAT LOCATION

5-7 might be the final weigh in but 5-7 is also the free cocktail time in the main lobby. luckily by the time people stop weighing themselves the booze should be put away so temptation will be lowered.

the free cocktail time is a key perk of staying in the host hotel, as is the free breakfast buffet in the morning. the days are all about work, a little unwind time when the day is over is nice. but make no mistake, i am there to do shoots, the free stuff just is more fun to talk about.

Perfect.. Craig's in the lt heavy wts. Should be a good but long show. State and Jr. State all in one. Wonder why they combined them? I'm glad I'm not doing figure. We'd be there ALL night. Kind of sucks.. the only thing that'll be open when the show's over will be some pizza joint... good for him... bad for me. Guess I'm packin some chicken to go!

As of now, the plan is to meet right outside of the weigh-in area at 7:30PM. Basically the txt would be for those ppl who have already weighed-in/height checked earlier in the day. Just to save you a trip if we decide to move to another location. I'll be there Friday around 10AM. I'll be able to look around being that they say they can't guarantee me a room until check-in at 3PM..So, I'm homeless for 5 hrs...guess I'll prop my legs up in the lobby!!!

Yep, cardio before bed!! I plan to really watch my weight the next 3 months after Jr. USA. My hope is that my conditioning will be on point and the diet and 1 cardio session a day will get me stage ready for nationals!!
