Hey all...I am so excited for this new board and very excited Sioux has asked me to be a moderator. Right now I am busy getting ready for the Arnold Amatuer but after that I will be much more active on here. I plan on starting a thread to follow my journey as I get ready for JR USAs. I am happy to see many familair names on here and excited to meet new members as they join. Let's all help this board become the best!

Oh my, I am so sorry to cause you so much confusion!!! It is spelled with an A but pronounced like it is spelled with an O. It is a pet peeve of mine when people pronounce it wrong. It is like hearing nails on a chalk board to me. So I figured on here I would spell it with an O, so when I meet you all face to face you will all pronounce it right!

Very true on this one.. I have been watching your physique secretely... I know it sounds creepy LMAO.. but not so much..... It's kinda of hard not to know what's going on when Cody is watching over you guys on MD...but seriously.. There has been much improvement from the pictures you have posted.. I can tell you have worked your butt off.. Literally, it shows.
