LOL can I seriously tell you that while training this evening, I was wondering if that would be possible. BUT, I lost a good amount of muscle during my recovery phase (from torn ACL) that I have A LOT of work to do to build it back up. However,...you never know ;)

Definately let me know if you come up my way! I am doing my damndest! It has been a really rough road for me with this contest for the past 4 weeks...why I didn't start up a journal...wasn't sure it was gonna happen.
Things are coming together nicely now....Tamee is going to start stoning my suit...(I am so excited to wear one of her suits) and my metabolisim really kicked up this week from fat loading. My weight got a bit too light for this far out, so I was told cheat meal tonight by my coach..Pasta! Yum (though tough to wrap my mind around at 8 wks out) I may not be the biggest girl up there, but my conditioning will be on!:p

1-who would be best to represent the competitors
2-it would have to be someone that had a legitimate business and credentials to go along with that reputation

3-someone who has a true eye for this sport

after alot of reviewing of spence's work ... speaking to him at MANY shows his professionalism stood out

such a pleasure to welcome spence to this event!

EVERYONE please without hesitation introduce yourself to him, speak with him during intermission and before the prejudging

and if you are at all considering having a great set of shots done for yourself, family or a resume with hopes of soliciting some sponsorship for yourself from big companies.... this guy will not steer you wrong!!

It was awesome meetng Jill - such a sweet person and she looks really good. She hit that prep with a vengance and looks great. Thank you for the t-shirt Jill :kiss: I think you did well and should be in top 2!! :awesome:

Stephanie and I chatted alll morning b/f we had to get to work :D Such a sweetie too. We'll get her in a pic this afternoon.

There was one fitness girl, but I haven't met her and don't know if it's one of our girls.

Oren has been busy running it all and the show was smoothly run and in order. He gave me something that's a surprise for Siouxcountry.com :D We'll reveal later.

Hey Sioux!!! I sure did! Alot of peeps said I should have had 2nd, but thats ok. I know my color was a bit light at the day show, I made some mistakes with posing, and all the ladies looked great! I am very happy where I placed, and I had a wonderful time, and I met alot of nice people. This show, I beat myself from past 2 shows, and I did what many doctors said I couldn't do, so that means more to me then anything. Now that I know I can lean out, and do this, I can have a real off season to build, build build....and practice posing ;) Thanks for all the support. I have a couple pics to post tomorrow. They arent in my suit, but Spence will have shots up soon!
