View Full Version : OKAY I need a GREAT upper body PLYO ROUTINE!

I've got lower body plyos down, but what is good for an upper body routine? Anyone have any good ones? I searched on you tube and beside pop pushups or bench type throws with the medicine ball I couldn't find much more...wondering if anyone else had any other good exercises...I need a good 10 min routine ?

umm im trying to think what mike makes us do.

how about utilizing a step-- doing walk overs w/ your hands.. or pop pushups onto the step.. ummm what else...:confused:

i can come up with more if / when you need it !!
(i'm a FF chic too !! love this style training !)
3 x Pop push ups
superset
3 x Mountain climbers
3 x Medicine ball push ups
superset
3 x Squat thrust with Medcine ball
3 x Lateral push ups utilizing a step superset
3 x Walkouts

I'm not gonna lie I've always been perfect about the Lower Body Plyos but upper body not so much because I always felt like I ran out of ideas to get me through a full 10 minutes...
This helps a lot though! I may order the DVD too:)

I love chest fly push ups!
Get into push-up position....begin moving------right arm and right leg go out while going down into the pushup movement, push back off returning together. repeat!
This has really helped to widen me and strenghten my core!
Stephanie! I have Mike's plyo cd and wouldn't mind lending it to you at all...lemme know if you want it. Great plyos for upper body!

Butterfly pushups 6x6 alternating elevation of each arm
6x6 Side plank to one arm plank with db
6x6 Physio ball prone flyes
6x6 tricep handstand to plank
