Hi All......

I'm in prep and 7 weeks out from the IL State BB, Fitness & Figure, May 24th .... and then it's on to Jr. Nats June 21-22. Planning to be a middleweight for both shows coming in around 123-125 lbs.

Unfortunately, things have changed, folks. I just talked to Tami today, and the Illinois State show is now a no-go for her. She wrote this to me a while ago on MySpace:

"Thanks, Jeremy. It turns out that I won't be doing the IL State show :( ....due to finances, we are doing the same show May 31 in Toledo. A trip to Kentucky, a trip to Toledo, and two trips to Chicago all in 4 months is just too much."

Too bad....I was hoping to see them up there. :( Oh well, Jr. Nationals still appears to be on: hope to see them then!! :o

We keep training together. It helps. And doing my boring cardio is nice to have someone to talk to as well. Oddly this is bonding us more and more. It's been a rough year and somehow our training has been the glue for us. We are grateful.

Yep... :) 254 and 6% bf now. Somehow I gained 3 lbs the last month. Doing the hard diet at this point until my last 10 days were things get way more complicated.

We've been talking about all the sugar we're wanting lol - Muffins, my tub of frosting with a spoon :angel: , cheesecake, caramel and my traditional after show banana pecan cream pancakes from Bob Evans.......damn, I can't wait to bite into those!!!!!! :eat: There was more, but I'm only driving myself crazy talking about it :drooling:

I just took my husband on an hour long walk thru our - and the surrounding - neighborhoods. I thought I knew where we were going :D I had a GREAT time! He, on the other hand, has SHIN SPLINTS. He's reminded me 3 times in the last 15 minutes that he's NOT doing that again! lol
