Aw you guys!! THANK YOU!!!! That really means a lot, especially from you guys! The nerves hit me last night when I got my training routine and diet for the week, and my specific instructions for the show. I was like "Ahhh omg it's here!" I was nervous to get out of bed this morning, can you believe that?! It just seemed like this show was never gonna come because I started prep so much farther out. I really appreciate the kind words. They just gave me a boost!
