The Embassy is nice but it can be a bit on the $$$ side. Anybody have any other hotels that is more affordable for some competitors that can afford the Embassy?

While there is no official host hotel, competitors traditionally stay in either the Marriott Financial Center 85 West Street, 212-385-4900 or the Embassy Suites 102 North End Avenue 212-945-0100.

Last year I stayed at cosmopolitan hotel just a minute walk from the venue.
It's cheap BUT small rooms and not as luxurous as the embassy or the Marriott .
This year I will stay somewhere at times square because the contest is a part of my vacation

Awesome. The Marriott Marquee (sp?) is nice. Right in the heart of Times Square!
