2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – David Loiseau, Efrain Escudero, Clay Guida, Edith, Rashad Evans, Urijah Faber (WEC) and Dan Miller.

I looked at a training program once for one of the fighters...I believe he was from Brazil.....geez, the training was very complex....I've never seen anyone sit in a cold bucket of ice cold water!

They are definitely atheletes...but I can't look at more than 2 seconds w/o covering my eyes!! Too painful!!

That's just a couple. I'll be photographing the UFC fights and then heading to the after party. Busy Saturday but will be fun!

What's so appealing about guys who beat the crap out of other guys for a living? Seems like a pretty dangerous and short lived profession to me - and only appealing to man's most animalistic instincts. Are these guys super rich or something? Ah... maybe that's it...

Obviously, you've never met or interacted with any of these guys. Hang around bodybuilders for a day then hang around UFC guys for a day, you wouldn't need to ask.

To me, it's an honor to talk to extreme athletes such as these MMA fighters. I actually have a couple friends around my location that are MMA cage-fighters. They have passion and drive for what they do. I really respect any athlete that trains as hard as they do. As far as it being animalistic, sure, it is in a way. However, They both enter the cage knowing what they are getting into and it is their passion. Have you ever watched a game of Rugby? There are many violent sports...Some people like Nascar or Football--I happen to think both are dull, however, if you really love the sport then naturally you're going to become excited and eager to meet the athletes because you respect them. Nascar is Dangerous too, and are merely men to speed around a racetrack for a living. The appeal of each sport is entirely subjective. We all like what we like-point blank. Money has nothing to do with it, but respect does. That's all I have to say about THAT! :)
