Hi everyone,

If you have the time and want to meet members of our site at the 2009 Arnold, please feel free to join one or both of our group pic get togethers...............

Please PM Kenyatta (Moderator KP DIVA) your cell number.......... CLICK HERE (http://www.siouxcountry.com/member.php?u=240) She will text all members who have given her there cell numbers further details and a reminder once in Columbus.

Here is the info we have at the moment.............

Friday 5 PM in front of the Prolab Booth.

Saturday 3 PM in front of food court.

If you can not make it, no worries, we all know how busy many of you will be.

okay so I know I havnt been so active in posting lately, been so busy with school, work and the gym I feel like a barely have time to sit down some days!!!
