ENTRY FORM

Is it just me or is anyone else procrastinating on sending in the entry form? I've got it all filled out, have copies of my voter registration and NPC card, so why is it still sitting on my desk!!

My rationale was that I wanted to wait until mid April to make sure I'm coming down and on schedule. But the more I think about it, I need to send it off immediately!!! I hate to waste money, so mailing it now will make me train that much harder!!

I'm going to send this thing off today. I think I'll send it w/ a signature required, b/c if not, I'll be worrying that it some how got lost in the mail!!

The last show I did, they sent email confirmation, but it was a local show. Did they do that for the North American?

yes! he called everyone! it was great to KNOW that they got it! i wish they did that for this one...i guess you can call them and confirm! but we have so much else to worry about, right?

Wow! That says alot about the promoter....he called!! I know that took some time w/ all the competitors! Yeah, that's the last thing I need 2b worry'n about is if they rec'd it. I also thought it was strange that Shannon Metraud and her hubby are the promoters but we're sending it to Ca. Guess that cuts down on some of their responsibilities. Things are definitely different on the national level.

In my experience when they are sent to California, we often get e-mail confirms from Sandy W ... in advance of the mailed packet.

Yah.. They send out emails confirming that they received your entry form. I sent mine off as soon as the forms were available this year. Got an early start!

me either. I just emailed Sandy.. so when she emails me back I'll let you know. It might be that they're sending them out after the deadline. But I'll let you know.

Hey All,

Just read over instructions one last time before mailing off. I suggested certified mail but I realized on the app they ask that you send it either certified mail, express mail, UPS Next Day, or Fed-ex. So if we all send it this way, we can track it on our own.

Hey ladies.. I emailed Tres at info@ncpjrusa.com and it came back that the mail box was full. So... I mailed my $$ via Express Mail and I just checked it online. Just go to (if you mailed it Express mail) www.usps.com and enter the number under the bar code where it says "track and confirm". Make sure to put the entire number. Letters and all. I was able to print off the confirmation and who signed for it. You can even get a copy of the signature emailed to you. I would suggest doing this just incase you don't get a confirmation from Sandy. I'll make sure I have mine the day of the show. Sometimes you never know.
