Dude, i'd have to say Barbell shoulder press for power. (Military Press) Upright rows with EZ curl bar. Lateral dumbbell raises, front dumbbell raises. Incline bench presses.

shoulder are what we have really been focusing on... and I must say we do ALL PRESSING MOVEMENTS...arnold, DB, BB, smith machine, etc... and it has made a world of a difference.
hitting heavy- I lift my shoulders heavily up and until my show even. I keep my reps in the 6-10 range and do a TON of supersets to help push striation and vascularity in my shoulders.
I'm a firm believer in dumbbell shoulder presses and upright rows. Also seated dumbbell lateral raises..... sitting helps throw the emphasis onto the shoulder and prevents the rest of your body from aiding in the movement.

Heavy pressing for my chest and heavy back work hit my delts tremendously as far as thickness.
For width I like flyes flyes and more flyes.
