I am going to be competing in the NY Pro Show on May 10 in New York City. I am very excited about this show - I am still dieting and training just as hard as I have been for the past 4 months and will continue to do so right up until this show. To get more info about the show, please click HERE. Thanks to everyone for all your kind words after the Arnold Classic. That was such an exciting show and I cannot wait to step on stage again in May. Nothing will stop me from being number one!

Also, as you know, my DVD crew have been hard at work shooting footage for my DVD. Things are going great.

I just adore Cathy. I will be cheering for her and Colette at the NY Pro for sure. I'm very excited that there will be a Women's and a Men's 202 and Under this year.

The flyer for the show was released and Cathy is right in the middle! Check it out!! :) Cathy and I hope to see a lot of people at the show cheering her on. Only 5 weeks left to go! If you are going to the show, don't forget to pick up your TEAM POWER CAT shirt from her website before, so you can go in style! :cool:

Cathy is doing well and appreciates the kind words from everyone. She will be traveling back home next Sunday where she will continue to train and diet hard for the next 4 weeks for the show. Sorry no pics available right now......Cathy likes to keep it a surprise :D Maybe I can get a picture of us training this weekend. We'll see!

Hakan - Yes, of course, I will be at the NY Pro Show. I have to go. Manager's not allowed to miss a show!...lol I hope to get some good pictures during the weekend. We'll post stuff on her site afterwards.

Anyone have the Women's competitor list yet for the show?

I see that she is indeed registered here. I didn't notice before because her email was not confirmed. I just confirmed it for her.

I can imagine how busy Cathy is. I look forward to chatting with her in the near future. :)

i hope she takes this show, she shoulda been much higher at the AC. she also starting working with george this year..love her look!
