FYI - NPC/IFBB NOTICE

I am not a rep, judge or employee with the IFBB or NPC, but am just reposting from an NPC judge. This is not a debate.... just a heads up... MANY (myself included) were unaware of NPC rules regarding competing in unsanctioned events.
