So today, NPC Excalibur including FBB, Figure and masters figure classes. Anyone doing this show? Any updates? Prejudging started 1 hour 20 minutes ago...

This is the last big local show of the year in the USA.

I'm not of aware of anyone here competing, but I suspect a few of Meriza's clients are in the show.

Hardbody.com has a couple people there covering the action. Sonia Gonzalez (formerly Adcock) is working the GNC booth. There are around 200 competitors in the show.

Well, I don't know her personally, but she is an awesome swedish figure competitor, who took last year (and also in 2006) 3rd place in Lucia Body Fitness, which is a very popular amateur contest in Sweden. Since this was a National Qualifier, are the top five from each class in figure now eligible for the National-level shows?

For all national qualifying figure events – the top five (5) are eligible for the JUNIOR USA, TEEN COLLEGIATE MASTERS NATIONALS and TEAM UNIVERSE FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS and the top three (3) are eligible for the JUNIOR NATIONAL, USA and NATIONAL FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS. Eligibility is good for two (2) years. Promoters can elect number of classes for their figure contests. ONLY THOSE FIGURE CONTESTS HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH A NATIONAL QUALIFYING BODYBUILDING CONTEST WILL BE NATIONAL QUALIFIERS.

You are right Sioux...619 muscle was there representing! we have a total of 10 competitors bodybuilding men and figure...Nell Bautista took 2nd Masters over 35 and 2nd on Open C...She looked phenomenal...Deana Gunnoe took top 4 in Masters over 35 and 4th on Open C...(deana have 3 full grown chidren)...We have couple of newbies as well...Ms Patricia Weaver, Kristy Krajsa, Ynonne Grimmes...All did terriblt well for there 1st showing...

It was a very long show...Lotsa competitors...

All women are beautiful and had outstanding physiques...

BTW, Nell Bautista's suits are made by her husband Michael Bautista...Michael is an NPC BB competitor ar well...check out her suits...

i was only at the evening show for a short time.....Mavi looked great. Susan Kodaira who took second in the LW class looked awesome. i think she should have won the overall....but that is just me.

Props to Ali. She is from Colorado. Two Colorado competitors have gone to Cali and taken overall titles. First Sarah Hurrle and now Ali.
