I can so relate. I can't listen to my ipod anymore. If you can, I would suggest downloading podcasts from podrunner. It is super fast paced geared toward runners. I find it helped me go a little faster and longer without even realizing it. Hope that helps.

See if you can download a couple of mixes by Jack Chang (house music). They are about an hour each and really awesome for cardio!

i have alot of worship songs and positive sermons from Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyers. It helps me to focus on the great things GOD has already done for me and all the blessings to come. They also help me to keep my problems in perspective!! when im on the treadmill and feel like stopping., i think about the people who cant walk or are not blessed to feel the strength and power you get from working out!! My mission is to help women realize they are strong and beautiful regardless of what the "media" says!!!

I also have alot of disco(i cant help it!!) and classic rock tunes. Also some country and hip hop. I know., i'm all over the place!!

Linkin Park- either Hybrid Theory or Meteora.

either that or Collision Course. album that Linkin Park did with Jay-Z, only 6 tracks and like 20min, but great stuff....

i also like listening to either Tupac, or Eminem. then there is always old blink182.

i also dig a pop punk band called Dogwood. Christian band from San Diego who hasnt produced anything in a while, but most of their tracks are upbeat.

I listened to a lot of books on tape (or books on ipod) during my cardio sessions for my last prep.
