ok...so im a tech at a sports authority.

i generally work either 6am-2pm, or 8am-2pm.....

well out receiving lead quit, and they approached me today.

ok..so this is the deal. i will keep my same position, add more responsibilities, with the same pay, and i will be working 4am-noon.....

AND I AM STOKED ABOUT IT.........

i will be the Tech Services Lead/Merchandise Processing Lead, and have no pay change. HA

YEP.....

basically my days starting next monday will be something like this....

3am- wake up
4am-noon- work
12:30- Gym
2:45-4:30- track
(2:45-5:30 when football starts)
6-8/9- free time.
9pm- bed

and my eat schedule is: (three days)
3am meal #1 multigrain english muffin and 6oz egg beaters
6am meal #2 22 almonds and a large apple
9am meal #3 1 cup brown rice and 6oz of meat
noon meal#4 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1tbs natural PB and 1 scoop protein powder
2:45pm meal#5 6oz meat and a large salad
5:45 meal #6 6oz meat and veggies
8ish ill have a prtein shake.

(one day)
3am 1cup cereal w/1 cup non fat milk, 6oz of egg beater
6am whole grain pita pocket with 5oz meat and veggies
9am 1 1/2 cup brown rice 5oz of meat
noon 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1scoop protein powder, and a small apple
2:45 sandwich with trader joe's complete protein bread meat and non fat cheese
5:45 5oz meat with large salad
8ish protein shake......

im gonna be a busy guy........

but i love it.
