Claire will be working with trainer Noel Fuller.

Noel has worked with pros Mah ann Mendoza (2007 IFBB Europa SuperShow (http://www.musculardevelopment.com/browse/index.php?mode=browse&id=5361&eventcode=1159), she won the overall).

And Brenda Raganot (2008 Ms International (http://www.musculardevelopment.com/browse/index.php?mode=browse&id=1503&eventcode=1216), 5th place).

I sure am, I am so excited to be working with him, super cool dude and I really feel comfortable about where I am headed this year with Noel doing my prep, much more comfortable then last year.

The week I took those pics with John Stutz, what about 3-4 weeks from Nats. I was 3.4% with the underwater weight technique the most accurate, I am assuming by the time I got to Nats, I was down to probably 3%. but way way flat.

What an awesome day that was too Hans, I was cloud nine, ,my family was there, got to meet you, shoot with Steve W and the other winners it was great.

Yup Masters Nationals for me and then back to the USA, the girls want to go to Vegas again and it is close to home, so why not. I just want to compete this year, get out there and do it.

no I haven't seen those, thanks Hans, guess what my oldest Katelynn is just a tad taller then me and growing. She was very excited this year when she past me up and the youngest Lexie is catching up to me fast too. Our Tatts love them love them

Congrats girl on your recent accomplishment, go kick some butt at the Emerald Cup, say hi to my trainer Noel Fuller I think he is judging.

I am a 1/4 inch under 5 feet, weigh about 128-130 off season at about 10 percent bodyfat, the only body part I know the size of is my biceps LOL cause people ask, they are 14 inches not to bad for a shortie. this last year I weighed in at 113 at weigh ins and was 3 percent bodyfat with the underwater weighing. I don't know what I will weigh or what class I will be in this year. I will let Noel figure that all out, I don't want to stress about it. Take care and go get this next weekend
