So Amy is indeed in prep for the Nationals? Last I heard she was unsure (but that was many weeks ago).

I believe she has to requalify as a bodybuilder before she can compete at nationals. She is doing a show October 25 the Continental usa's in il with Kira So Amy is indeed in prep for the Nationals? Last I heard she was unsure (but that was many weeks ago).

note: after 06 USAs i went to 06 Nationals in Miami placed 3rd.

I was aiming this year for 08 USAs, but my fiance Al Ferraro heart failed around March and he been hospitalized for three months. Hospice of course giving him less then six months to live. So side by side, night by night, day to week to months i was by his side, so of course i could not do any shows.
Turn around pnt! Between my researches and studies of his heart condition we were doing home therapy and following each guideline to the T!
his heart ejection fraction was down to a low 17%, well today he went back in for his check up, US BOTH KNOWING how well he been doing.
Ejection fraction went back up to 25% , he now off the heart transplant list, and got that damn pick line out of his arm which is a tube that was inserted into his arm that ran clear to his heart. Anyways that night mare part is over.

During the past few months, i had him coach my prep, be teamed up with me, trying to do projects and be very proactive.
So i look forward to this, and it be him driving us to Atlanta. Not only do i look forward to the show, stage fun, photo shoots and seeing everyone.
But the drive home. Want us to take our time and soak up life a bit.
He and i have had a very rough dramatic year that i never wish upon anyone.

But anyways thats my story...

German last name. Hell even some of my bills say "black"
which made this confusing one yr at nationals with me sheila bleck, and sheilah brown, of course they kept saying black, and she goes no its Brown, i go no i think he talking to me i am Bleck! anyways, the story goes lol

Nikolich, from Chicago, IL, is hoping the third time is a charm as this is her third appearance on the Nationals stage.
