I am wondering what you ladies normally take in. Meaning calorie wise.

How much do you eat when you are in your off season and how much do you eat when you are prepping for a competition.

I am curious because I have noticed some people eat very little off season and even lower when prepping. Then again I see other that eat 2000 plus when prepping and even higher when off season.

3000 - + off season to put on size
2000 - 2200 to maintain
1000 - 1450 competition

I'm somewhere around the same, although I don't count.

Maintenance is about 16xBW, so offseason around 2200 cals to maintain, bulked on about 2700.
Dieting at about 1500-1600 average, although daily totals vary significantly on training/non training days. Adding in higher refeeds also.

i would be happy eating 2700 calories...lol then maybe i would not have to worry so much and never go over...:) lol

so, is it the more muscle you have the more calories you can consume?
