She will be starting prep soon for the NPC Jr Nationals!

2007 was a year in which she had much competitive success. She won the overall at the NPC Indianapolis Championships, and went on to win the overall at the NPC Collegiate National Championships. :cool:

We did a show together where she won an overall. She was soooo cute back stage and I kept telling her what a doll she was and her routine was adorable. Of course I was the backstage mom trying to help glue butts since most of the girls back there were first time competitors. It was a fun show.

What a great day. Kira looks great. Honestly doesn't look much like the picture of her which was just a week ago. What a cutie patootie.

oh my! she is keepin it very very low. my high carb days are around 75 and my low carb days are 45. but that is all about to change again. and the cardio is rough!

As of right now I am at 143 so I have about 18lbs to go. My diet just changed and I really love it. I am eating some natural sugars which is very very strange for me and I am a little nervous about it but I totally trust my trainer. And i am definitely looking better this year at 8 weeks out then I did last year at this time so I am very happy. i feel great and have quite a bit of energy. My cardio is super duper rough but it's working! Just hope my legs shape up better than last year! Thanks for all the support from everyone! Couldn't do it without you all!

Honestly, I don't keep track of numbers! I get too worked up on it. My bodyweight tends to plateau but I drop BF so that's why I don't write it down. But I do know that I look a lot better this year than I did last year at this time. So that's what matters to me. And yea these next 7 weeks are gonna be important! Thanks Dave for checkin!!! Hope you guys are doing well!

Thanks guys! She and I train together sometimes so we have some good moments together! I'm almost there! 3 more weeks! I am very excited so that is my adrenaline right now! Cuz there isn't much carbs to keep my energy up! I am looking better this year than I did on stage last year so I am really pumped! Got my suits and ready to go! Can't wait to see everyone in Chi-town!

Yep! I feel very honored and flattered that they contacted me! I am so excited!!

Here's the update: I am weighing 130 right now so not worried about making weight. I am looking tighter and tighter each minute of the day and I am honestly jsut shocked because I have never seen myself like this! Chicken and green beans for the next ocuple of days which is rough but I will make it! But yea this is the biggest and best I've looked yet so I am very very happy and excited! Can't wait to see everyone there!

Saw this baby girl last night and she is looking so great. Very excited about the competition and ready to rock it. We did a nice all over body workout circuit and it made the workout and the time fly by.
