Amanda how are you feeling about your placing? This is such a huge step up the ladder after the Jr Nationals! :respect:

Any feedback from the judges?

Most of the feedback I got was that I got lost in a crowd of women that were all phenominal which I agree. The D class is a hard class, stacked with a lot of talent, and it seems to be the largest. The overall tends to always come from my class too. I worked on my posing a bit trying to relax more so that my presentation was smoother and I just maintained my body by basically eating clean. I was on the road on a plane and gone from home more than I was even at home so I really didn't do any cardio or weight training other than for a week before I left because I was just unable to. I really didn't think I was going to be able to mentally or physically do this show with the lack of prepping. I wasn't able to even get feedback from Dave P because I had no camera to show progress pics with so he didn't even see what I looked like untill the last 11 days before I left for Vegas. Throughout and the last week of prep I actually ate things that most girls would come through the computer to kill me over so I won't mention what any of that was.
I think I came in looking better a little softer and fuller in my face than last years USA's where I placed the same and where thought I looked too drawn and lean. I'm going to do Team U next and I'm going to get feedback from the judges again and then make the adjustments.
All in all it was great time again!! Vegas is just a fun town to go to so much to do and see. The best part about it all is running into all my girls I've met through this crazy industry we live in, plus new ones, and girls that I talk to on here that makes it all worth it to me!
