Judging - All men - All women - or 50/50?

I know its a private poll But I voted 50/50... I know many believe woman judges will bring in more "fairness". But I disagree I believe it depends on the federation's standards, criteria, and enforcement of those regulations, and the person and his/her own integrity,knowledge,understanding... not the gender. Just my .02

my personal experience with Women judging Women......not so great,to much jealousy involved,had to correct some very ridiculous decision,like 1st place in last and so on.Men are better judges when it comes to women ( I know I will get in trouble for that) that is my experience over all the years as a judge.

I voted 50/50. We need more females getting on the panel. I highly suggest y'all ask about test-judging in your state. It is very different judging and being a spectator.

I'm indifferent on it and could care less if it were all men, women, or 50/50 as long as they were excellent judges, followed the criteria given to them, and could give me a good explanation for their placings if I asked them why they placed someone in a certain spot. Just like one might think that a top national level BBer may test-judge well, but that's not always the case. I've seen some national level atheltes test scores and they were aweful.

good point... at the end of the day it really comes down to fainress and accountability for placings... regardless of gender!

I think former or current BB or FBBs should judge BB competitors...
and Former or current Figure/fitness should judge figure/fitness competitors...

I believe it should be a mix...
i dont see why women CANT do a GREAT job @ judge... but hey we are all entitled to our own opinions...smile
