The most in one sitting Ive ate was 10... per week right now Im eating a little more than 75

Between me and my other half, we were going through almost 180 a week.... no wonder I was tired of eggs..... But, I took a break for a few weeks and am better now... Nothing some Low Carb Ketchup can't help fix... ;)

I switch back and forth between real egg whites and carton egg whites, sometimes I even mix them...... yummy!

I have to eat 12 egg whites in a sitting right now..i was hard boiling them..but that got old fast..they were hard to get down..lol I now scramble them with fresh basil and jalepeno peppers....much much better!!:p

When I have time I scramble them on the stove, but usually I am running out the door and just microwave them, does anyone have a microwave tip to help keep them from turning into rubber?
