I'm obsessed with kale chips! They are amazing, and easy, and healthy!

All you do is :

rinse and dry kale, preheat oven to 350

rip the kale pieces into bite size into bowl

drizzle very lighty some olive oil, sprinkle some curry for flavor (again I go light and it makes an amazing flavor!)

and then sprinkle some light sea salt

toss, and lay in single layer on cookie sheet and cook for 10-15 min until the kale is dried and crispy (but not overly brown)

Enjoy!

YUM! Love Kale Chips!!

I haven't made them in a while. I should totally do that. I can eat a ton of them though!

I make these all the time. Deep into prep i spray with Pam instead of using evoo and eat them in between meals. 1 whole head of kale bakes down into very few chips, though, so just be aware of the volume issue when baking :)

love them. I sprinkle mine with a tiny bit of nutritional yeast, gives it a cheesy/nutty flavor. yum.
