We are inside the 3 1/2 week mark; IFBB athletes are calling in from all over the world with much support and appreciation, over 60 IFBB male and female bodybuilders are registered to vie for the Inaugural title of the 2008 IFBB Tampa Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships on August 9th. A magnificient venue, a beautiful city, many prestigious awards and prize money await these top conditioned athletes.

NPC fitness and figure girls will be battling to stake claim to the NPC Fitness & Figure Extravaganza title. The competitors are in for a real treat with the "Hollywood" style dressing rooms treating them like the stars that they are.

Major publications have contacted us to schedule photo shoots the morning after at our BODY*TECH Fitness Emporium; the hype is also building up for our "Meet the IFBB Athletes" on Friday evening at the host hotel. Have your VIP tickets in hand so it will enable the first 100 guests to attend the media conference.

now with the high travelling cost we want to make a new proposal
about limit time for signing the contract.

its a lot cheaper to book the flights 2 weeks before the contest than 6 weeks.
at least for us europeans the difference is min. 1000 $.

the limit time should be removed from currently 6 weeks to 2 weeks at least for females ( because most of them pay the travel themselve )....
or to make some exceptions if the fbb still has to wait to find an affordable flight.

we hope to find a lot of fbb to sign this !!!!

That sucks! I wanted to see how she was going to compare next to an elite line-up. :( I am sure noone would expect her to win since she JUST did a show a few weeks ago, and it is just CRAZY hard to peak 2 times within a month. So there really shouldn't be too much pressure on her. I wanted to see how her size compared with the Pro girls and how her symmetry looked up against the top level as well.

I would care to take a guess and say that her symmetry would carry her past a LOT of girls irregardless of the condition which she would show up in. Top-5 even in non-peak shape. Yes i think she's THAT good.

I am looking forward to getting up there on stage and doing my best, having some fun and just be a shining star for my mom...it's funny but prepping for this show was so inconsistent and different due to my circumstances this year that it didn't seemlike a big deal..there are so many BIGGER DEALS to deal with in life so being here in Tampa for the last week has actually been a breeaze...so nice and relaxing....just what I needed!!!!

CLEAN SWEEP FOR THE BODY*TECH GALS!!!

Michelle Walker, Over 30 Figure; Jess Ulbrick Open Medium Figure & Julia Zammito, Open Short Figure & Open Fitness were all class winners and made the Blue & Yellow TEAM BODY*TECH very proud in Tampa on August 9th by dominating the Inaugural 2008 NPC Fitness & Figure Extravaganza that was in conjunction with the IFBB Tampa Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships. Zammito claimed overalls in both the open figure and fitness divisions.

The terrific trio were a part of history that has set off a buzz throughout the bodybuilding and fitness world for a platform that will increase dramatically for years to come for all that heard how magnificent the entire Tampa production and weekend were for athletes, judges, officials, press, vendors and fans alike.

Major media icons were on hand such as Flex Magazine, Muscular Development, Muscle Mag, Bodybuilding.com, Southern Muscle Plus, 24/7 Magazine, USA Muscle, Iaje Photography, MusclePapa.com, MostMuscular.com, EuropeanBodybuilding.com, Muscletime, St. Pete Times and the Tampa Tribune. The NPC Fitness & Figure Extravaganza dual overall champion, Julia Zammito was asked to do a shoot with Oxygen Magazine in the near future which was also hinted to make its way to an Oxygen cover.

I was talking with my gymowner yesterday about Klaudias success. And we just wondering how she was gooing to celebrate when she have more competitions nearly, and thought that she have do diet all time... Maybe celebrate with tuna... :D But she did it with cake! She´s worth it! :cool:

There was a thread at MD weeks ago about Muscle/Repetrope. The thread was deleted so they may have come to some type of agreement. Who knows lol

In their USA predictions series with Dave, Shawn, & Flex they showed a clip with Lee Banks training at World Gym in Jax. That was a clip I filmed that they used from my youtube account without asking me or providing credits. Its all good though as it is more about the athlete getting play than me getting credit and I think the mob does a good job. Yet, I had two video cameras there at the show ready to shoot the action, but restrained myself as we in the media had to sign that we wouldn't shoot show video.:rolleyes:
