Just thought i'd say HI- I read on here a lot but dont say too much. I just finished my 25th show this year and have been super busy with a new influx of competitors. I do total contest prep n line- the healthy, drug free and RiGHT way!!! I have a lot of competitors from my home in Nova Scotia, but trying to get get the word out. If ur looking for something different, NOT extreme, DRUG free, hit me up. I have 25 contests under my belt in both figure, fitness and bodybuilding.

That sounds great. What are some of the contest organizations which fit well with your approach to competition prep?

I have done everything (well almost) in the NPC- ive comepted in fitness, figure and one time bodybuilding. I have trained people for those genres as well as now starting with my first 2 bikini and 2 physique competitors. I think the persons' body picks the genre more than anything. As far as leagues, I train girls for the CBBF, IFBB and my local NPC shows here in Southern California.

Check out my website. It is getting a make over so be patient, but you can at least see what I've done.

Thanks for the additional info, Tracey. Sounds like you have a broad resume as a trainer & competitor. Best of luck to you & your clients!
