So excited to share! After hanging up the heels, I started focusing more and more on creating healthy and delicious treats with added nutrition! And finally, after some lifechanges, lots of travel and a major move, its done! The Sugar Shack's Wholesome and Tasty Treats is now available at www.lulu.com there are over 100 recipes for smoothies, bars, breads and even a section for cheat worthy sweet treats!

Next up: Volume 2, Complete Meals (everything you need from meat, to carb to veggie!!!)

Thank you to all for the interest! This is the first of 3 volumes. The first is over 100 good for ya treats and such. Next up is meals and meal planning followed by a childrens edition. Hardback of all 3 will be available at the Arnold and we are offering not only training here in Orange County but also fitness/culinary weekends! :)
