Ingredients:
-1/2 cup Minute brown rice (cooks in 10 minutes)
-1/2 cup water to cook rice
-1/2 of a 1.5 oz. box of raisins
-cinnamon
-vanilla extract
-1 scoop Dymatize XT protein powder in either Banana Nut or Vanilla
-1/4 cup water (plus additional 1 tbsp if necessary)
Directions:
-Place 1/2 cup water in a pot, set the stove to high, and bring water to a boil
-Add 1/2 cup brown rice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and raisins to the boiling water and mix well
-Place a lid over the rice and turn the stove down to low
-Cook for 5 minutes
-Place cooked rice in a bowl and add in the scoop of protein powder and 1/4 cup of water (if additional water is needed, just continue adding 1 tbsp at a time until the texture is creamy)
Enjoy!
I like this post-workout or in the evening if I'm craving something sweet. It does the trick!
