"Cheesecake" Cheap and Easy

If any of you know Joe Daniels, he turned me on to this one. YUMMY!

1sc vanilla protein powder
1 sm individual serv fat free greek yogurt
couple of drops lemon extract
Mix and chill.
DONE!

Depending on your protein, you may get different consistencies.
Beverly Int UMP & Scivation Protein turns into a nice thick, almost cheesecake consistency.
Optimum is more pudding style.

With the Fat Free Greek Yogurt.....only 5carbs.

I have actually done this before and added lime juice, it tasted like a key lime pie!!! I like MuscleTech's Nitro-Tech Hardcore Vanilla shake & Fage Yogurt best!! YUM! Ohh I wish I had some yogurt here now! :drool3:

I've done this as well and its really great in a graham cracker mini crust and topped with fruit and nuts. It's also very yummy with various protein powder flavors.

I made it tonight with Optimum Nutrition Banana protein. I do NOT recommend it. Whoo..... bitter......yucky!

I make mine with BSN syntha 6 or lean dessert.

Put in a bit of pure vanilla extract, crushed vanilla beans (if I have some at home), and top with cinnamon. I also sometimes throw on some bananas and walnuts on top.
