Wow! Pam looks incredible! Last year she was a lhwt, but it looks she has probably moved back up to a hvwt in these pictures.

Pam placed 5th in last year's lhvwt class. I consider Pam to be avery underrated competitor, but looking at these pictures I can't fathom how the judges can ignore her this time around!

She is also a very sweet, gracious lady and quite beautiful.

Our daughter makes her Open Fitness debut this coming weekend at the South Texas Classic. She was the Teen Fitness National Champ in her age division, but this the first time to step on stage in the Open. She's got some cool moves such as a one-handed clapping pushup for reps....from one arm to the other!

More definition in the glutes. We have a pretty good idea of who will be there and shredded glutes are necessary now. I will be posting a 3 week out photo on Sunday after we send it to her trainer for comments.

She's in the blue suit. She came in 2nd to Nita Marquez who then took 2nd in the Jr. Nationals. This was supposed to be an nice, easy contest for my daughter and instead, a national level competitor showed up cuz she needed to requalify. You never know who will show up a contest, but it was all good...next up is the Texas Championships in Nov......but she needs a lot more definition. I don't think she fully appreciated the level of dieting and cardio needed to compete....but she does now :)

Pam says it isn't difficult at all to hold this condition....calories are high enough, she gets her oatmeal every day :) and a weekly cheat meal.

We still have a little time to get her glutes harder and get rid of the water, but most of work is done by now.
