Lena Hernandez won the overall in a figure comp in Miami then went on to win the overall at the Jr USA's. Impressive to say the least.
She's been working with Paola Almerico. Paola went pro quick also. Maybe she's got some tricks that she needs to let us in on.

I did a video interview with her which will be on bodybuilding.com this week. This was only her second show ever. She did was Class B & Overall Figure Champion of the 2007 Gold Cup. This qualified her for Nationals. She was planning to do Jr. Nationals but was ahead of schedule on her diet and decided to do Jr. USAs. This is an example of where I say the whole "paying your dues" can be thrown out the window. The judges didn't know her, she'd never been on the national stage before and she just looked that good. She's great, very funny and has a bright future ahead of her. Don't be surprised if you see her on the Olympia stage this year.

Okay, this is the fitness winner, Ashlynn right? I think she looks amazing and I def think she will do well at the pro level. If only I could perform a fitness routine without fear of breaking something in my old ass body, I would switch to fitness so I could keep a harder conditioned look. Too bad I would probably break a hip! LOL!!!
