IFBB Pro Kary Odiatu returns to the stage!

I am happy to announce that IFBB Pro Fitness Competitor & Canadian Fitness Icon Kary Odiatu is going to return to the IFBB Pro stage in Fort Lauderdale, FL, on November 20th!

Kary has recruited Christina and I to help her prepare for the show and we are excited to have her part of the "Freak Family"!

Yes, I believe that's correct - her last show was at the Toronto Pro Figure in 2005, but since then she had 2 more children and continues to travel world wide with her hushand Dr Uche Odiatu public speaking and promoting the fitness lifestyle. Check out their website - www.fitspeakers.com.
