Jalapeno Juice

You know, the liquid that comes in the jars of jalapenos...... Well you can use it as long as you like spicy.....Pour some in with cooked rice or pour some in with your pasta cooking water or the rice cooking water.....adds a subtle spicy note..... YUM!!

Actually do the same thing from time to time with the juice from these jamaican peppers we have!!
