We also have one amateur competing in her first Figure show, Sonya Dilling, and another who's competing in her first Bikini show, Michelle Moncado... all three are so excited!

Everytime Christina and I bring amateur competitors from Canada to do a NPC show that is held in conjunction with an IFBB Pro event they always come back home with such a positive experience... and we have heard nothing but great things about this show and the city of San Diego... we all look forward to seeing you all and hopefully meeting as many of you as possible.

**Update: Houston Pro Figure winner Courtney West will be sitting out this show due to the demands of college. She hopes to get an Arnold (Figure International) invite as her next contest. She’s more than proved she’s worthy of that. This definitely makes the show a bit more interesting for the top spots.

Wow Teresa!!!! CONGRATS!!!! Well-deserved. I'm sure Felicia made it tough on the judges, and beating Romero is no small task. And HUGE congrats to Ava for her O Qualification! In my eyes she would have easily been a top 5 threat on this year's O stage, had she qualified.
